Immerse yourself in easy Florida living with this sun-drenched, single-level Longwood home boasting a perfect location and great outdoor living space!
Ideally located for fun and recreation, you’ll find the Kraft Azalea Garden, Dubsdread Golf Course, Amway Center, and Lake Eola Park all within a 17-mile radius. Spend a day strolling through beautiful gardens, playing golf with friends, or embarking on a swan boat ride.
Back home, the whole group will love relaxing in the beautifully landscaped, private yard featuring a screened pool, grill, fire pit, and furnished patio. Have a barbecue in the sunshine while watching the game, then cool off with a refreshing plunge.
Inside you’ll be welcomed by cozy, sunlit interiors, charming decor, and a full kitchen with modern appliances for crafting home-cooked meals with ease. Gather for a tasty al fresco dinner, then stream all your favorite shows on the large smart TV or break out the board games! As evening approaches, retreat to the fire pit for the s’mores under the stars.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking inside.
This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Please note the back area is a shared area as the Local Host lives on-site. Guests have access to the pool, backyard, and patio area.
Pool and maintenance technicians may be on the property during a guest's stay.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
