This sunny home is just the spot for gatherings! The various levels of the Fairhaven offer plenty of privacy even when accommodating 8 guests. The Mineral Belt Trail is right out your front door for great Nordic skiing and bike riding, as well as a park and the public library. Downtown is only a short walk away with restaurants, museums, and shops. Downstairs you will find one king bedroom with a pass through bedroom that has a single bed. On the middle level you will find one queen bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds. Fun features about the house include a game room, open and sociable floor plan, and deck with breathtaking views of Mt Elbert, Mt Massive, and more. On warm days enjoy the fenced back yard, and then cozy up in the living room on cold Leadville nights with cable and WiFi. A beautifully remodeled kitchen, and lots of seating for the whole gang. This is indeed a fair haven to use as your home base in Leadville!
