Fairway to Heaven on Beech features multiple living areas, ensuring everyone has somewhere to relax and enjoy the golf course and mountain views. The main level living room features comfortable furniture situated around the TV and stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, tongue and groove ceilings and access to the deck. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with seating for six at the build-in banquet. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your favorite meal. It is open to the main floor and provides additional seating at the expansive granite bar. Take advantage of the golf course views and cool mountain air and enjoy a meal from the grill at the outdoor dining table. Upstairs, The Clubhouse is the perfect place to relax with a drink and snack, and watch the golf tournament or football game. There is a full size sleeper sofa in The Clubhouse. The top floor deck has a gas fire table and seating for enjoying your morning coffee. The second floor also has a dedicated work space with a monitor, perfect for remote work. The fireplace in the workspace is not operational. This two-level home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, to comfortably sleep ten guests. The large main floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV, access to the deck, and a private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has double vanities, step-in shower, and freestanding soaker tub. A second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, TV, deck access, and access to the Jack-N-Jill bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms are connected by a Jack-N-Jill bathroom. The bunk room has sleeping for five in full-over-full bunkbeds with a twin size trundle, while the fourth bedroom has a full size futon. Fairway to Heaven on Beech does not have air conditioning, but does provide central heating. Guests have WiFI, Hulu Live TV, and a washer and dryer. Pets are not allowed at the home. Please note that there are outdoor cameras overlooking the garage and parking area and the entry doors.
