This is a great up and coming neighborhood, great location close to Perdido key, Pensacola Beach, and Pensacola Airport. Almost every fast food chain you can imagine is a 1 min drive to the nearest intersection. There are many new houses and also many old houses. You can expect to see some houses that are in need of some TLC. but the neighborhood is very friendly and safe! car is the best way to get around here.
