Welcome to our Luxurious and spacious 5 bedrooms and 4 baths family home with a private pool and game room in a quiet community. This home home can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. It is fully equipped with a full modern kitchen with plenty of utensils, comfortable living room, dining room and a game room. Guests can enjoy the open-air indoor pool, sit on the patio while catching sun rays and grilling on the BBQ grill. Guests can stay connected with WIFI throughout the house. There are flat-screen TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms. Guest will have access to the whole house. Come and enjoy your getaway in our gorgeous villa.
I work as a part-time retail pharmacist and I am the owner and host of Family Villa Destination. As a people person, I truly enjoy hosting. I work with a dedicated and a great team to run this business efficiently. As a super host with other booking companies, we always strive for excellence in our customer service. our number one priority is to make sure that every guest's stay in our home is a comfortable/enjoyable and memorable one. We will be always available to help throughout guests stay. I will provide my cell phone number before check-in. Guests can always reach out to me for any questions or concerns.
Our luxurious home is located in the quiet and prestigious community of Hampton Lakes , off Highway 27, in Davenport. It is conveniently located to all the major attractions: 15-20 minutes from Disney parks, 21 miles from SeaWorld, and 24 miles from Universal Studios. There are other adjoining attractive places to visit such as: Legoland Florida Theme park, Busch Gardens in Tampa, Cape Canaveral, Clearwater Beaches.
