Property information

Keep it simple at this recently remodeled, peaceful and centrally-located apartment. Free street parking in nice, tree lined street. Downtown residential area that is close to so many things to do. Ground floor access so you do not have to climb stairs. Gated community for your peace of mind. Walk into the living room with sofa, dining room table and kitchen. 2 bedrooms with high-end mattresses for a comfortable night's sleep, and a bathroom with shower and tub between the 2 bedrooms. Guests have full access to the home. Washer and dryer are shared with the rest of the complex. We live just a few miles away and are available if needed. Please message here on the site since this is monitored 24/7. Half a block walk to nearest restaurant. Multiple bars/restaurants/markets within 2 blocks. Centrally located to so many things, including State Capital, gyms, Golden1 Arena, and multiple museums. Easily walk to everything you need. Lightrail stop a couple blocks away or take Uber or a scooter to Old Sacramento, Raley Field, Golden1 Arena and more.
