Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: This apartment is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability.
