A lockout fee of 180 USD will be passed on if incurred. __SUMMARY: The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The living room loveseat is relatively small (while lying down, most people would have legs hanging off the end) so we've excluded it as a sleeping area. You are welcome to add a 3rd guest, however please keep this info in mind. __ AMENITIES: Smart TV with Airplay, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, laptop-friendly workspace, dining table, in-unit laundry, iron, and coffee maker. __ PARKING: Reserved parking is not included in this listing. 2-hour metered parking is often available.
