No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 50 USD fee per item for unreturned fob or parking pass. SUMMARY: This Flexhome features direct access to the Fiserv Forum through an attached skywalk, making it the closest residence to the stadium. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, fitness center, rooftop patio and lounge, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with Chromecast. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%.
