This inviting 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in Tom Nevers offers comfort and privacy set on nearly three acres, minutes from Sconset. Enjoy light-filled open space in this upside-down house that can comfortably fit one to two families for your summer vacation and is equipped with everything you need. Take in beautiful sunsets from the upper deck, relax with a book on the front porch, explore the island on bikes, gather with family and friends, and make this special retreat yours to enjoy.
We have a dedicated caretaker for the house who can assist if needed. We are also accessible by email and phone to address questions or concerns.
Our home is part of a private development which has wide, paved roads and little traffic. There are tennis and pickleball courts that are accessible to members of our property owner's association and will be available for your use. We are across Milestone Road from the Serengeti which has miles of beautiful trails for walking, running, and biking. We are a short bike ride or drive from downtown Sconset where you can get coffee, ice cream, groceries or enjoy the beach, playground or Bluff walk. You can see the Sankaty Head light house from our kitchen window. We have a long private driveway. We have bikes you can use and Ubers/taxis are widely available. The Nantucket WAVE shuttle has a stop on Milestone that is a short walk from our home. We do recommend having access to a car to travel to beaches and into town, but you can rely on public transportation if preferred.
