Top Florida Properties has been renting Vacation Villas since the spring of 2000! We offer hand-picked vacation homes and villas with three or four bedrooms as well as a two bedrooms guest house.

Property information

We not only rent over 30 vacation villas in Cape Coral, we also manage them. We have property managers who offer friendly, personal service & ensure that guests are happy. And should something be not right, we will try almost anything to make it so.

Neighbourhood information

All of our vacation villas are located in Cape Coral in SW Florida. Cape Coral, also known as the Venice of Florida, has thousands of canals which you can explore on one of the many sunny days by boat. For golfers there are in and around Cape Coral several golf courses: Cape Coral Golf & Tennis Resort, Coral Oaks, Moor Loch Country Club, Palmetto - Pine Country Club, El Rio Golf Club and Cape Coral Executive Golf Club, just to name a few. The Beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel & Captiva Island are just over 25 minutes by car and you will find great (outlet) shopping malls and restaurants in Fort Myers and Naples. The popular 'Rumrunners' restaurant and 'Fathoms', both in Cape Harbour, are just a short drive away as is 'Marker 92', which is located at Tarpon Pointe Marina. Fort Myers is world famous as a winter training camp for the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins baseball teams. Waterfront Dining, and the Edison-Ford Museum round out the experience of Cape Coral and Fort Myers.
