Brand new home in a new peaceful community equipped with new appliances. Community near schools and fast food restaurants. 4 minute drive to a public golf course ⛳️, 25 minute drive to downtown Dallas 🌃. The house is fully secured with ADT security (no indoor cameras for privacy). Washer and dryer ready for use ! Long term rentals allowed ‼️ Small pets allowed ‼️ Parties are prohibited 🚫
