Come and stay in our cozy & comfortable 1,100/sf basement apartment on the border of Herriman and Riverton. The apartment has a private entrance with street parking. There are two comfortable bedrooms with King Beds and a couch with a pull-out bed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need. In addition to the bathroom, there is a "jack & jill" vanity with sink and a large walk-in closet. Family room has an 85" TV and fireplace, and both bedrooms have a 40" TV.

The basement apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The upstairs (main floor) is occupied by two quiet tenants. While staying you have shared access to the fully fenced backyard and a private patio with a gas fire pit reserved for Airbnb guests. There is a large vegetable garden in the backyard so, please keep a close eye on young children. During harvest season you can expect fresh vegetables in during your stay.
