I currently live in MN 8 months of the year. I bought this place in 2021 with the immediate plan of staying here in the winter, and the longer term plan of moving permanently. I picked the location because, well, of the location. It's close to town - less than a mile, and the wineries are more affordable here than in that other valley nearby.
It's always hard for me to leave in the spring. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Located next to the historic West End, just 0.8 miles from Railroad Square and a 30 minute walk to downtown, this 4-bedroom, 2-bath home puts you close to top breweries, local markets, wineries, and everything Wine Country has to offer.
Attractions include: Charles Schultz Museum
Breweries: Russian River in Santa Rosa, Lagunitas in nearby Petaluma are my favorites, but there many many more.
Wineries: Russian River Pinot, Dry Creek Zin, Napa Cab, it's all here
Redwoods - Armstrong Park is just minutes away
Ocean - about 40 minutes to Bodega Bay and other coastal cities
Restaurants and shops: Railroad Sq 8/10 mile, downtown 1 mile
More restaurants, shops, and winery tasting rooms: Healdsburg Plaza - 15 miles / 18 minutes
