This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind -No moving any furniture Any above actions may result in a fines.
-Please do not disconnect, reset or interact in any way with internet and security system equipment in walking closet. Any above action can result in the fine. Thank you for your understanding.
Extra guest after 6 allowed guests will be fined. Check Out Please take out trash and place keys. Please leave remote control in the home.

Tampering with Security Systems: Tampering with exterior cameras, the alarm system, or house sensors is strictly forbidden and may result in the immediate removal of all guests without reimbursement. Guests will also be charged the actual cost of any necessary repairs or service.
No car parking on artificial grass.
2 cars only can be parked on the inside driveway.
