The cooler months are best spent skiing the fresh powder at Monarch Mountain - just 21 miles away. Inside, you immediately feel at home amidst the open, sun-filled layout. Kick back and relax on the living room's leather sofa, whip up something delicious with the kitchen's stainless steel appliances, or refresh your adventure garb in the private washer/dryer. Equally comfortable, the bedrooms are well-decorated with fun mementos and soft linens. An additional smart TV is available in the primary bedroom. As evening nears, fire up the gas grill and host a delicious cookout while reminiscing on all of the memories you've made thus far! Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
