This home sits on a super large piece of property and you will feel its spaciousness the moment you walk in. It is perfect for families and friends and allows everyone to be comfortable while having plenty of room to spread under the same roof. It sleeps 9 in beds and 3 more on airbeds. Or, an extra 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that sleeps 3+ can be added up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. The extra apartment is also onsite with its own entrance so if interested, please send us a note for its price per day / week.
You are walking distance to a playground area for kids and pickle ball courts and just a short 5 minute drive to grocery stores and any restaurant types you can think of, from white linen tablecloth steakhouses to fast food. You are also less than 2 miles from Interstate 275 that takes you downtown Tampa, Tampa International Airport or to Orlando.
