Enjoy being minutes from the beach, downtown Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and the many other attractions right at your fingertips! The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (but no stove or oven). There is no washer/dryer. The adult-size bike and garden patio are shared with the other half of the duplex. 1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Parking available out front. Look for "Gillian's Room" sign. Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee.
