The home’s private backyard creates a cheerful atmosphere and ambiance! First, the home has an in-ground saltwater pool (not heated) which features a consistent and shallow 4-foot depth, perfect for fun lounging, floating, and splashing around! The outdoor space also features an oversized covered patio with comfy outdoor conversation seating and a quality lush greenery wall with a “THIS IS WHERE LOVE LIVES” neon light that provides the perfect photo op with your besties! Our names are Lyman & Denise, and we thrive on working together side-by-side in all things. And as crazy as it sounds...we actually get along really well 97% of the time doing this!! We work together as Realtors, STR hosts, and most importantly we find our purpose in serving our Amazing God in everything we do. Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending how you look at it, we were not able to have children of our own. We had to cut through the noise of this crazy life and find God's voice on what He wanted for our lives, if it wasn't to raise children and grow a family. Eventually, we heard His plans loud and clear - and those plans were to serve our clients in our day-to-day work, our family, friends, strangers, the homeless, and now we get to serve & provide hospitality to our vacation rental guests! We try our best to steward our gifts in a way that is pleasing to Him, and we always try to find ways to help those in need. Further, we simply pour our hearts & souls into everything we do, and the way we care for our home & our guests is no exception. You will see our heart and soul displayed in our personal design of the home with its bold colors, fun mismatched patterns, dramatic wallpaper accents & unique art choices that scream 'fun' & 'different.' Design provides the demeanor for any home. Every home has a personality & disposition to fearlessly display, just like us as humans. We want our home to constantly smile at our guests, and make our guests feel welcome & compelled to grin right back!! Simply put, we want our guests' stay to feel restful & to cultivate joy, laughter & gratitude. One thing we have learned in our journey through life thus far is that to feel completely grounded in this crazy life is to be grateful for what we have and for the blessings in our lives.
