I love California desert!!! I enjoy all kinds of sports and travel.

Property information

The home is perfect for poolside relaxation, Coachella Festivals, BNP Paribas tennis tournament, golfing trips, etc. 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, private swimming pool, hot bubbling hot tub, fenced private yard, granite counters, 2 car garage. Located about 3 miles away from the festival grounds and is perfect for bike commuters.

Neighbourhood information

The property is within walking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Music Festivals. Family oriented neighborhood with easy access to either Hwy 111 or to I-10 freeway. Very close to casinos, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife entertainment.
