Graceful Oaks is a beautiful farmhouse located just 10 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles and equidistant to the town of Templeton. This elegant country property provides the best of both worlds-a perfect getaway from the noise of the city but still close to local restaurants and shopping. Surrounded by oak trees and open space, with newly planted lavender fields, Graceful Oaks is a peaceful retreat to enjoy during the day and a wonderful spot to enjoy spectacular sunsets and stargazing at night. The home is newly remodeled with modern furnishings, beautiful views from every room, thoughtful touches throughout and large enough for 14 guests comfortably with multiple living areas. The large, well-appointed kitchen is adjacent to the family room and great for gathering. The downstairs living area has a TV room, reading room with trundle bed, king bedroom and a full kitchen. The kitchen is conveniently located near the BBQ area just outside. Explore the expansive property and wander down a meandering hiking trail through an oak covered forest. Enjoy wine and cheese at a picnic table located next to a dry creek with a shaded hammock for a nap nearby. Other outdoor eating spots, including a large pavilion with room for dining and relaxation, provide different venues for dining while visiting. Beautiful New Pool! Heated April - October!! Guests can enjoy a competitive game of Bocce Ball or Corn Hole with extensive party lights to keep it going after dark! In addition, other lawn games are available. County Permit # 6008054. We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control. A five-hundred-dollar refundable security deposit is required, and the property manager will reach out for your credit card information after the booking is in place.
