At My Perfect Stays our goal is to provide the perfect property at the perfect price for the perfect guest.
Through our advanced technologies we are able to deliver world class service. This includes thorough and personal arrival instructions, independent inspections after every clean, a welcome gift for every guest, a check in call by a live representative to ensure customer satisfaction and an additional personal call at the time of departure. We are based on Maui and have a 24/7 support staff for any issues or questions that may arise.
We also include all natural, Hawaiian made toiletries, we clean each condo with Green cleaning supplies and we provide all linens that are 540 thread count or greater.
We are available to assist guests by providing recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are Maui locals and are happy to share where the locals go.

Relax and enjoy the views of the Wailea Blue Golf Course and the slopes of Haleakala from this spacious and remodeled villa in desired Wailea! This ground floor condo is perfect for easy access. Enjoy nearby top Maui beaches, restaurants, champion golf and more when staying at this beautiful villa. Wailea Grand Champions 101 is a two bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps six.
The remodeled kitchen features granite counter tops, custom lighting and cabinets, and full-size stainless-steel appliances. The main living area has plenty of seating with a sectional Queen size sleeper sofa, dining table for four and additional counter seating. For entertainment, there is a wall mounted flat screen TV equipped with cable in the living room and WiFi complimentary throughout. Travertine floors, Window A/C, plantation shutters, and ceiling fans in every room keep this villa cool.
The private lanai is spacious with a dining table and chairs for four. This outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinners.
Sleep comfortably in a King size bed in the master bedroom. Master bedroom also features a flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a King size bed, TV and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This condo has a private washer and dryer for added convenience.

Wailea Grand Champions Resort offers 11 acres of beautifully manicured grounds located on the fairways of the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The resort is adjacent and within walking distance of the Wailea Tennis Club and the beach. Two swimming pools, two hot tubs, and a BBQ area are available to all guests. The Shops of Wailea nearby offer a variety of stores and restaurants. You can also jog or walk along the ocean pathway in Wailea which will take you past numerous oceanfront resorts. Please note this resort does not have elevators.
This condo is professionally managed by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. A complimentary concierge is available to our guests.
Posted 7/22/24: 2024 Pool Closures for general maintenance (one pool at a time)
The pool near the fairway will be closed beginning 8/5/24 and remain closed until 8/16/24.
The pool near the office will be closed beginning 9/16/24 and remain closed until 9/27/24.
***Please note: There are ongoing roofing and rain gutter replacements being made throughout the resort thru April 2025.
Posted 6/17/24: Remodel in unit #106. The remodel will begin on July 08, 2024 and is expected to be complete by October 14, 2024. The work will consist of a complete remodel of the kitchen and both bathrooms. They will also paint throughout and replace the carpets and the tile on the lanai.
