Be our guest at the Beland Mansion in the Magnolia Suite in this 7,000 sq ft grand colonial w/ 6 private guest suites (approximately 5,000 sq ft available to guests). The Magnolia Suite (upstairs) is bright & white with a queen size bed! The home has the following shared features: stylish relaxing living room, tastefully designed gathering room & a light & fun game room w/ a pool table & lots of seating. All rooms have a smart tv & wifi access. Centrally located. The home is not a bed & breakfast but has that same cozy feel. Smoking is allowed outside, just not within the building.

The Beland Mansion is located at the corner of Albert Pike Avenue and Rogers Avenue. Rogers Avenue is the main street through Fort Smith, so lots of shopping and restaurants are nearby. We are also only about 5 minutes from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith and about 10 minutes to the Fort Smith airport.
