Newly renovated, entire apartment space in house, with private entrance. Has a living room, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a mini-fridge, cabinet/counter space, microwave/toaster/coffee maker. Within 10 minutes of Wright Patterson Airforce Base, Nutter Center, Wright State, and University of Dayton. Please read: We also have guest staying in the front unit. But spaces are completely separate with their own entrance.
My wife and I love to travel with our four young children and have been blessed by others letting us use their property through Airbnb. We want to do the same for you and your family. We can't wait to host for you.
A neighborhood (with kids - so drive slow) in Dayton, close to many attractions. Expect a city feel as you drive in and a neighborhood feel at the house.
