THINGS TO KNOW This building was impacted by Hurricane Ian. There may be construction noise inside the building during the day to repair the damage and contractors are often present. Common areas are in the process of being repaired and there are also no beach chairs available. The pool is currently closed but is estimated to be accessible by mid-June 2023. The completion date is slated to be July 1, 2023, but may be delayed.
