This house is just a measly 12-minute drive to St. Pete downtown, being close to many great shopping centers to choose from. This house includes a wonderful fishing dock with a fishing rod included for your stay, with a superb view! But that’s not all the yard includes great space to a variety of activities including a brand new barbecue grill for your pleasure and a lot of space for outdoor activities. The house itself has been completely renovated to be a great living space for all.
I'm a friendly person who loves making friends. I welcome everyone to visit and vacation here. I can recommend local attractions, restaurants, and shopping options, and I'm happy to meet friends from all over.
The surrounding facilities are complete, and Whole Foods, Publix, UPS, CVS, various restaurants and banks are all within a 3-minute drive. The Dali Museum, St. Pete Pier, etc. are 14 minutes away.
