This house sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms, each with a smart TV.
The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second suite is furnished with a king bed, and the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth bedroom comes with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin bed. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between the two rooms.
A half bath provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Take in unobstructed views of the golf course from your private balcony. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecued lunch. Or simply lounge with your favorite beverage while enjoying a coastal breeze.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower are provided. A tankless water heater ensures unlimited hot water.
Parking is available for three cars (one in the garage, one in the carport, and one in the driveway). Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
This two-story house is accessed via two steps at the entry.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
