    Great location and view. Very peaceful! This resort was kind of in the middle of all the night life action. Plenty of close access to essential shopping outlets. Most were within walking distance. A stay at the Harbor Club is highly recommendable!

In this prime location, you'll be a short distance from shops, restaurants, bars, and the beautiful ocean beach mere blocks to the east. This two-bedroom, corner condo was thoughtfully updated between 2018 and 2021, offering new LVP flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and HVAC. Whether you choose to spend your days walking to the beach or playing mini-golf, you'll be greeted upon your return by two outdoor swimming pools and a kiddie pool to help you make the most of summer days on the shore. Things to Know Full kitchen A weekly fee is required for use of the tennis courts No smoking and no pets allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
