Conveniently located in the heart of Pawleys Island, this recently remodeled condo is the perfect home base for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends. It is located on the ground floor, and as you step inside this air-conditioned retreat, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open floor plan featuring elegant hardwood flooring throughout. The space is designed for easy, casual living and entertaining, offering a seamless flow between the living areas.
The coastal-themed living room invites you to unwind while streaming your favorite movies and shows on the smart TV. The kitchen, open to the main living space, is fully equipped with all the major appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. With an extended breakfast bar, ample cabinet space, and a pantry, you'll have everything at your fingertips.
The primary suite serves as your private sanctuary, complete with an en-suite bath, a large walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door that leads to a screened porch with stunning views of the True Blue golf course. The clubhouse is just a short walk away, and when you're not hitting the links, take advantage of the oversized pool, hot tub, and tennis courts—ideal for relaxing or staying active. Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and picturesque golf course views, ensuring you have everything you need for a memorable stay.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
