Features include Central A/C, Wireless Internet, all appliances, new gas grill for 2023 along with new dining room table couches--all the comforts of home. Beach badges are supplied as a courtesy by the Owner & are not guaranteed. NO SMOKING permitted. Plenty of off street parking & each unit has its own outdoor shower.
