Late check-outs are subject to an additional charge of the amount for one night.

Children under the age of 18 cannot be accommodated at the property.

Please note that only registered guests are allowed at the property. No friends, family, children, pets or any other individuals not included in the reservation are permitted at the property.

This is a no-shoes property, meaning outdoor shoes must be removed upon entry and left in the foyer. Outdoor shoes may not be worn in the property's indoor areas and in guest rooms. Guests are offered complimentary disposable slippers and are welcome to bring their own slipper / soft sole house shoes.

Reservations must be made by the actual guests who will be staying at the property. The primary guest's name and billing address must match the cardholder's information.

Guests will receive pre-arrival communications from the Property requesting additional guest/stay-related information.

Room service, housekeeping, turn-down service, bed/towel refreshment, etc. are not offered. Guests will be responsible for disposing of their trash and recyclables.

US$250の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 課金は、チェックイン日の日前に行われます。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
