Providing the perfect retreat no matter the season, this private home is nestled near a wide variety of outdoor recreation opportunities and downtown Eagle River. During the warmer months, guests can take advantage of the nearby public boat launch—just a mile away—for a fun-filled day on the water. You can also take a short walk along the boardwalk to the beautiful Wisconsin River, where you’ll find kayaks available for use, perfect for a peaceful paddle or a day of exploration. In the winter, thrilling snowmobile rides await on the area's extensive trail network. Nearby attractions include Riverview Park, the Northwoods Children's Museum, Eagle Falls Adventure Golf & Laser Tag, and Wildwood Outdoor Adventures. For skiing enthusiasts, Camp 10 Ski Area is just 36.9 miles away.
Back at your stay, unwind in front of the cozy fireplace and stream your favorite movie or TV show. The chef of the group will appreciate the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an expansive center island, and a wine fridge. Meals can be shared family-style at the large dining table, perfect for gathering together.
Each of the home's inviting bedrooms features plush linens and private TVs. The primary suite offers an added touch of luxury with a jetted tub—ideal for relaxing soaks at the end of the day. Additional interior amenities include a private washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and a cozy loft space.
Outside, there's something for everyone: kids can enjoy the play set, pets have plenty of room to roam in the spacious yard, and adults can relax on the expansive patio. Recent updates to the property include improved water access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
