The great room—on the third story for optimal views of the ocean—spans the entire house, with luscious brown hardwood floors, a soaring beamed, vaulted ceiling, and luxurious contemporary furnishings. A spacious urban farm-style kitchen has a smooth grey-topped island with seating for four and a gas range for cooking adventures. Stainless-steel appliances, subway tile and frosted glass-fronted cupboards bring a soothing coolness to the well-equipped work space.
