33 Carolina Lan: High Design Loft on Historic Downtown Alley + Free Parking Over 1,300 square-feet and two loft bedrooms, 33 Carolina Lane – a block once dedicated to agricultural industry, today a multi-cultural gathering spot – offers modern amenities and industrial design, with just the right touch of history: Curated artwork and pops of color, designer furnishings and massive flat-screen TVs, exposed ducts and lofted ceilings – all, in perfect balance with wizened walls and striking wood floors, layered with the patina of the past. This is an urban setting within sight and sound of busy bars, restaurants, breweries and music venues. If you are looking for a completely quiet location at all hours, this may not be a perfect fit for you. Carolina Lane is a one way alley, with very little available parking . But our guests have access to one free designated space, just a block away! On Carolina Lane, there are is a 30 minute loading zone Monday -Friday, 9am-5pm, plus a couple parking spaces within 25 feet of the entrance to the loft. These are rarely available though, so plan your arrival accordingly with a quick drop off of a few things, then proceed to the parking space.
