Gorgeous Waterfront Family Retreat! Sleeps 17 - Watersports & Concierge Services Built with four bedrooms, the home is now outfitted with six discernible sleeping areas. The home also includes two separate kitchens and interior living areas as well as three different exterior dining areas...two of which are covered. The home is on a quiet cove just off of Lake LBJ and even comes with lake floats down that are kept down in the basement. While the home includes a boat house the owners keep their own boat there. But, there is a room for smaller boat rentals that can be tied to the dock. The management company can provide concierge services that include variable items such as early check in(for a fee when available), grocery delivery, airport transportation, wine tours, etc... The Hillview Estate is a perfect place for family reunions, corporate retreats, or just a quiet place to decompress from work life. Come and see us!.
