Secluded on a private, wooded lot just blocks from Broad Street, this unique space offers both privacy and accessibility to local shops, breweries, and community events. Relax at the house and enjoy the comfortable screened in front porch or take a short walk to see all that downtown Southern Pines has to offer!
We're locals that love to share our beautiful community with folks traveling to the area!
Quiet neighborhood with low traffic. Nestled in nature. 2 blocks from Downtown Southern Pines and very close driving distance to all local golf courses!
