Built in 1911, Downtown Sarasota historic Victorian-Style single family home sleeps six. How often do you get to stay in an officially registered home built in 1911? Probably never. This is truly a Sarasota landmark that puts you back in time yet has all the comforts and modern amenities you can expect to find. Enjoy relaxing on the over-sized front porch with lush trees and vegetation just outside the screens. Air-Conditioning throughout, Cable/Wifi, TVs--everything is included here. Laundry room in the back which is shared with guest apt. Please note the following prior to making your reservation: - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required to be electronically submitted to us prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received. -Rental Age Policy: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and occupy property for duration of reservation. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
