Enjoy stunning ocean views with neighboring islands, Moloka'i and Lana'i, from this remodeled condo at Hololani Resort! This unit layout offers extra lanai areas with ocean views from the living room and both bedrooms. Hololani B704 does not have A/C, located on the 7th floor, and the property features an elevator. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom spacious condo that has been wonderfully remodeled.  Enjoy eating in with a dining table for four and additional bar seating. The living room offers ocean views, a pull out sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV. The front master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and wonderful ocean views from the oceanfront lanai as well as an en-suite bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king size bed with  exceptional views of the beautiful Pacific ocean. This bedroom also has it's own en-suite bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with built-in seat. The condo includes a washer and dryer, ceiling fans in every room, WiFi, DVD player, and cable. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter kit of  dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, complimentary Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. Hololani is an ocean front resort located in Kahana, an area close to Lahaina, Kaanapali and Kapalua. Resort amenities include a heated, ocean front pool and BBQ area. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There are many beaches within walking distance or just a short drive away you can find some of Maui's top 10 beaches!

Additional Description: There are no resort or parking fees. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. Please note that direct beach access is currently limited due to hide tide conditions and winter/spring erosion. During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion. There is beach access at some of the neighboring resorts (Sands of Kahana) as well as Pohaku Beach which is .3 miles from the resort.
