+++WE ARE A BED AND BREAKFAST (or Airbnb). We are not a Hotel. It is a house—no private parking. Street parking is available, subject to Boston Laws (some areas are free, while others are not), and is contingent upon availability. Guests should provide ID before arrival. Do NOT park in any driveway, because you will be towed away.
- The property offers private bedrooms in a SHARED COMMON AREA, like bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. You are renting not the entire place but a ROOM.
The breakfast is a "to-go breakfast": Coffee, Tea, Milk, Bread, Cereal, Butter, Peanut Butter, and Jelly.
The third bed in each room is one of them: a COT, not a bed. Guests are responsible for setting up their rooms, including retrieving the bed sheets and extra towels from the clothes cabinet located in the living room or kitchen. Apartments may be located on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor; please notify us in advance if you have any disability.
All Common Areas have CCTV Surveillance for guest/host safety. We are renting a shared apartment. Other guests or the host's family might be present.
- Guests are responsible for their own food and cleaning up any messes they make.
- Rooms do not have a private bathroom, except when described as such.
