Enjoy a beautiful sunset on the canal from your private pool deck, covered by a lanai so guests can unwind no matter what the weather. Or spend sun-filled days splashing in the surf and relaxing on the sand at the beach - within 15 miles from home. This lovely home offers room and activities for you to enjoy, with plenty of seats by the pool. Prepare meals on the gas grill and enjoy a homestyle cookout. A desk workspace is all set up near the back door is ideal for remote work before jumping into the pool.
Walk inside a fresh, newly cleaned home to relax and unwind. Challenge each other to a game of Ping-Pong, or enjoy cooking up delicious foods together in the full kitchen (complete with a fun breakfast bar). Central air-conditioning and a ceiling fan in each bedroom provide comfort during your stay, and the main bedroom has a private entrance to the back deck, as well as an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. But no matter where you decide to sleep, you're in for fun times and beautiful sunsets at this charming home. A small booster/high chair and a Pack 'n Play as well as beach towels are provided.

The dock is not available for guest use.

Pool Heat - 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. Pool heat is available for an additional cost per night. Please inquire further actual costs.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
