I'm a semi-retired (OK, mostly retired) former radio station manager and small business owner. I absolutely love Bloomington and Indiana University, to the point that we purchased two townhouses to offer as vacation rentals. Hoosier Happiness and Hoosier Happiness, Too were put together to provide everything one could think of for the best possible experience in a decor that tastefully honors Bloomington and IU. Other than my five grandchildren, there is little that makes me as happy as a five star review from a guest who expresses how much they enjoyed staying in one of our townhouses and states that they will be back (even in a short period of time so far many of them have been back). With what we have spent to prepare and furnish the townhouses they have been far from the best investments we've ever made, but we're loving every minute of hosting our guests in them! Either I or co-host Cole Chudy will be available as needed.

This is a quiet townhouse community on the east side of Bloomington minutes from the Indiana University campus, College Mall and Brown County. Hoosier Happiness, Too is located toward the front of the community on the first road to the right after pulling in (Stella Drive). There are parking spots available in front of the front door.
