Your whole house just for your group. Brand-new kitchen cabinet & granite counter-stop installed in JUNE 2020. Address 2614 Mary Sue St, Largo, FL 33774. 8-min from Indian Rocks Beach. A beautiful South West Recreational center park @ back of the house: Free: w/ play ground, 2 baseball fields, 3 basketball field, outdoor gym. Membership fee required for: Olympic pool, clay tennis court, indoor gym, indoor basketball field. POOL & GYM ARE ALWAYS FREE TO SENIOR CITIZENS !!! Inside house: a treadmill, a Panasonic massage chair, washer/dryer, 3 TVs Roku device. AC: DO NOT TURN AC TO BELOW 70. Line condensation may cause vent blockage.
