Beautiful house has a big dining room (10+ people) spacious patio with laundry area, bun fire, as well as dining area. Office is on the first floor if needed, full basement with king size bedroom, bathroom, tv area, gym and play area. A lot of toys for the kids. Tv in each room.
I’m mom of two daughters and grand-mom of three grand dons. I love to travel and spend a lot of time outside of the house. I have a few rental houses in Poconos mountains and in Turks and Caicos Island.
Very nice neighbourhood, near by: tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds and walking paths. We have many local farms around: milk, poultry, meat and vegetables. We are 10 min away from Peace Valley park, 30 min away from New Hope, Lahaska and Lambertville, 1 hour away from Zphiladrlphia downtown, train is available. Doylestown is 8 min away and has many restaurants, bars, coffee places, movie theater and many shops.
