This was our first vacation home in Redding, so its very special to us. We have full time tenants in the rear unit who love to host chickens! That means fresh eggs if you like. They also serve as our property managers in our absence, and good friends. The husband is a teacher and the wife is an excellent artist with paintings that are so realistic they would amaze you.

My 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in a delightfully, quaint and quiet neighborhood where the large trees line each street. A cottage feel is what you get when first entering the home. Just enough room for a small family or a few friends who want the comforts of home. Especially a comfy couch and big TV. 1 king bed, and 2 twin rooms, all comfortable is a good feature too. Most of the beauty of Redding is not in a house though, its encountering the beauty of nature that the town has to offer. Plus all the unique coffee shops and eateries.

The community favorite there: the Sacramento River Trail which takes you to the Sundail Bridge. Everything else is a short drive: Bethel Twin View, 5 min. drive, BetheMy place is located close to the sundial Bridge, Both Bethel church campus,One block away from the park and golf course. A short walk to downtown Redding.
