NOT affected by hurricane Ian. 3 bds, 2 bath house with HEATED pool. sleeps 8 - 2 miles from the beach. It is on this expansive lot that is centrally located in Naples. You don't have to commit to one side of town or the other. You are within ten minutes of downtown, Mercato, luxurious waterside shops, Vanderbilt beach and more. The quiet backyard offers tons of space whether you want to swim, enjoy a bbq or just relaxed on the hammock. We look forward to welcoming you at our Sunnydays house!

Quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from the beach. 4 min from Seagate beach and clam pass. 5 min from grec et stores and so many restaurants. The house is only 2 min away from US-41 which makes it easy to access any location within 10 minutes. Exit on Pine Ridge when coming from highway 75.
