Remodeled house in safe neighborhood w a lots of nature and greens, free parking on front yard. Park max 2 cars. House is located approx 10 minutes drive to the beach(Surfside, Bal Harbor) It has a big pool on backyard, BBQ w outdoor patio. Across the road is golf course and country club is just minutes away! Aldi grocery store is walking distance. Whole Foods, Publix, TJ Maxx and other stores are few minutes away by car or short uber ride ! Downtown, Brickel, Wynwood - approx 15 minutes by car!
