Welcome to this huge, historic home in a beautiful neighborhood, very near the prestigious University District. Tons of living space with a shared full bathroom on all 3 levels. Each newly-carpeted bedroom unit is furnished with a very comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh bedding, a night stand and lamp with USB charging ports, table and chair, dresser, closet, 50-in smart tv, and “black-out” curtains., along with complete access to all common areas and laundry facilities.
Monica is a lawyer from Colombia and her husband, Steven, is a foreign language teacher from Michigan. They have lived in several different countries and have traveled extensively around the world. So, they know what it takes to make someone feel "at home." Mi casa es tu casa!
The home is conveniently located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood on on the northwest side of Detroit, near many shopping and dining venues.
