First of all, its location is simply unbeatable. This retreat sits a bit further than a mile from Incline Beach and the lively small town of Incline Village-Crystal Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled to know that Tahoe Meadows South Trailhead is seven miles away while the Historic Stateline Fire Lookout is less than five and a half miles from home. Skiers and snowboarders can have their daily dose of fresh powder by visiting the nearby Squaw Valley Resort less than 23 miles away. Diamond Peak Ski is a mile-and-a-half away, and Mt. Rose Ski Resort is less than 11 miles away. Tahoe East Shore Trail is one-and-a-half miles away, Kings Beach is six-and-a-half miles away, and Sand Harbor is four miles away. This mountain-view retreat has two levels full of great amenities. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom features a TV and an en suite bathroom, while the bunk bedroom has its own TV as well. Climb up the stairs to reach the main living space of the home, located on the second floor. The light-flooded open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings. Curl up on the large sectional and watch a favorite series on the TV. If you are staying during the winter months, the gas fireplace will keep you nice and warm. The sliders allows guests to access the balcony, which has been furnished with a comfortable seating area to truly enjoy your surroundings. The open, fully-equipped kitchen will be there to help you prepare delicious treats for the crew. There is a lovely aprés ski section with a coffee maker and several wine glasses.
