Property information

Nestled in the trees for a feeling of privacy and wilderness, the Indian Paintbrush is just minutes to Historic Downtown Leadville. This 3 story, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is ideal for the whole gang. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen bed. One of the bedrooms in the lower level has two sets of bunk beds; the other room has two twins. There is also a futon and a pullout couch, bringing the total occupancy up to twelve guests. Separate living room and den areas offer lots of room to spread out and relax. This home provides WiFi & Roku, and a ping-pong table as well. Outdoors there`s a fire pit with plenty of seating for fun summertime s`more-making. Bask in the sun year-round in the sunroom that runs the whole length of the house, letting in all the natural light and heat!
