Everyone’s raving about beautiful, soundside Irene's Dream! Located on a large, quiet corner lot in Kinnakeet Shores, this home is a five-minute walk from a beach access point and the community's pool and tennis courts. You'll also be conveniently close to a Food Lion and nearby restaurants in Avon. The circular drive, which has a basketball goal, accommodates parking for several cars. The first level of the house has a large game room with a wet bar, a full-size pool table, and a media area with a 60-inch 4K Ultra HDTV, surround sound, and an Xbox One. Also on the first level is a main suite with a king-size bed, a private full bathroom, and a 46-inch HDTV. From the game room, head out to the private, 36 x 14, in-ground heated pool with double showers and sundecks. Next to the pool area, which is also accessible by stairs from the upper deck levels, is a stainless gas grill for outdoor entertaining. Four bedrooms are located on the second level, with three of them offering individual access to the second-level deck and hot tub. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed and a 40-inch HDTV, sharing a bathroom with another bedroom with two twin beds and a 32-inch HDTV. The third bedroom is a queen primary suite with a semi-private full bathroom, which is also accessible from the main hallway. The fourth bedroom on the second level contains two bunk beds, a 40-inch HDTV, and a DVD player. The full-size washer/dryer are also located on the second level. The third level opens into an expansive great room with cathedral ceilings, a half-bath, warm furnishings, a gas fireplace, a game table, and a 55-inch HDTV and DVD player. Also located on this level, within the open-concept design, are a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining area. The sixth bedroom - a primary suite with a private full bathroom - has access to the third-level deck and a 32-inch HDTV.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. An optional fee of USD 60 per day is available to be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
